Core
It’s the heart of our wakeboards and can be made with several different materials; PU core, precisely cut PVC core, or eco-friendly wood core.
Top Sheet
With advice from our professional graphics team, you will use the thinnest and most resistant top sheets for the best printing process and obtain an unrivaled result.
Base Sheet
Super clear extruded base sheet or high molecular weight sintered base sheet for high-speed and shock resistance can be selected. Both base sheets are excellent for printing.
Resin
Today, we must put on the market a wide choice of epoxy resins with different options of bio-sourced materials for greener projects.
Fibers
The flexibility and strength of the board are powered by a large choice of multi-axis glass fibers with special reinforcements of premium materials such as carbon or basalt; without forgetting the latest new products in recycled or natural fibers.
The Process of Wakeboard Manufacturing
The right materials will not be effective without combining them with our most advanced process. Playmaker supports several different ways to print graphics on the top sheet, from UV DDP to screen printing or sublimation process to die-cutting. The molding is carried out on a press with aluminum tools at high temperature to guarantee the best mechanical properties for our fibers and resin. To complete the final aspect of Wakeboard, we can apply excellent smooth matte or glossy UV varnish.
