Core Labor Requirements
PLAYMAKER., Ltd. (the “Company”) hereby commits to complying with the Forest Stewardship Council™ (FSC™) Core Labor Requirements. Based on these principles, we have established and implemented the following policies:
- Prohibition of Child Labor
• Preventative Training: We provide training to recruitment units to strengthen their understanding of the “Prohibition of Child Labor Policy.”
• Age Verification: The age of all applicants must be strictly verified before employment.
• Remediation Measures: If child labor is discovered, the individual will be removed from the workplace immediately. The Company will assist the child in reuniting with their family to ensure their safety, investigate flaws in the recruitment process, and implement immediate corrective and preventative actions. - Prohibition of Forced Labor
• Freedom of Movement: We respect the freedom of movement of all employees. Forced labor and mandatory overtime are strictly prohibited. Employees retain the right to resign voluntarily with reasonable notice.
• Working Hours Management: We maintain a management system compliant with labor laws to monitor and control working hours, rest periods, and leave.
• Compensation and Benefits: We provide legally mandated compensation and benefits, including minimum wage, paid leave, and statutory benefits. Fines or wage deductions as a form of disciplinary action are prohibited.
• Anti-Harassment: All forms of harassment are prohibited, including sexual harassment, abuse, corporal punishment, physical or mental coercion, and verbal abuse or threats.
• Document Retention: The Company shall not withhold any original personal identification documents from employees. - Prohibition of Discrimination in Employment and Occupation
